The Berkeley Eye Center tradition began in Houston 50 years ago when Ralph Berkeley, M.D., opened his first Ophthalmology practice. Today, Berkeley Eye Center features locations throughout Texas. Dr. Doe and the highly-trained staff of Berkeley Eye Center, Katy, want to provide Katy residents and their families with all their eye care needs.
Our services include routine family eye care, glaucoma management, diagnostic testing and treatment for diabetic eye diseases, cataract surgery, retina, the latest lens implant technology and refractive and cosmetic eye surgery. We also have a full-service optical center with the latest in designer frames, sunglasses and contact lenses. Our unprecedented commitment to patient care, advanced surgical expertise and superior results have made Berkeley Eye Center Houston’s most trusted name in eye care. We hope to make it Katy’s most trusted name as well!
Our pioneering efforts with LASIK began as participating members of the original clinical trials on Laser Vision Correction. Since that time, our team of highly-skilled surgeons has helped thousands of patients enjoy the thrill of Laser Vision Correction and have helped set the standard in LASIK care throughout the United States. The convenience of our laser center in Katy will enable its residents to stay within their own community and receive the absolute best treatment.
Dr. Erin Doe is Chief Surgeon and Medical Director of our Katy facility. Dr. Doe is a West Point and Duke Medical School graduate.
He also served as Assistant Chief of Ophthalmology and Director of Clinical Operations at Brooke Army Base in San Antonio, Texas.
