Dr. McCauley pursued a career in surgical ophthalmology out of a profound appreciation for its rapidly evolving technology and the unique ability it offers to immediately transform a patient’s quality of life.

He resides in the North Houston area with his wife, Bethany, and their three children. Outside of his clinical and surgical duties, he enjoys a highly active lifestyle centered around mountain biking, snow-skiing, pickleball, disc golf, and traveling with his family. He is also an active leader within his local church and community men’s ministries, aligning his healthcare practice with his personal faith and dedication to service.
