"I actually chose them because of the customer service over the phone. Today was our first visit and we will be forever patients of Dr. Emeris. It's hard to find an office now a days where you can pick two or three people with great customer service and I can honestly say that everyone in the Wharton facility showed phenomenal customer service! They were fast, we waited no more than 10 minutes in the front and Dr. Emeris was so soft spoken and kind. He really made my child comfortable and he explained everything where I could understand. Can't wait to get her glasses."

"Great staff! I called for an appointment and they had nothing available for almost 3 weeks so I asked if I can be put on a "Cancellation" list and was called the very next day for an appointment! When I got there they were short staffed due to the flu but I did not have a long wait at all. The doctor was pleasant , knowledgeable and extremely funny. After my eye exam an employee by the name of Mark helped me select a great pair of frames and as a bonus he told me about a great deal for getting a second pair of glasses with the exact same script. I highly recommend this location."
