"Best experience I've had at the ophthalmologist/optometrist office. The whole office is clean and staff is very pleasant. I'm so glad I decided to come to Berkeley Eye Center after having upper eyelid swelling. For years I was unable to determine the root cause of this allergy misery until I saw her. Dr. Groff is the bomb. She answered all my concerns and advised me to get my thyroid checked in my yearly blood work to see if I carried Graves' Disease - nobody's ever mentioned that to me, ever! It's all good! Now when I see her in my appointments, we talk about tacos. This place is top notch! Love the frame selections here."

"Had cataract surgery in both eyes two weeks apart. It was a great experience. Everyone at the Office - especially Marcy and Jose - were very professional and answered all my questions. "To setup an appointment was quick and easy, I called on a Friday and was able to get in to see Dr. Groff on Monday morning. The staff was very nice from the time I signed in from the time I walked out the door. I only had a few minute wait. Then the exam began right away, I forgot the sweet ladies name, but she was really nice. After putting drops in my eyes for the dilation I was sent to another room to hang out till the dilation was complete. Dr. Groff join in on the exam to finish things off. She was nice and professional. I asked about LASIK and the costs. She broke it down for me, from the exam, process, and potential costs. Overall, the location was perfect and the best exam experience I have had in awhile. I would recommend this location to everyone. I ordered contacts from them and they mail the contacts directly to your house."

"I've been coming here for my eyes since I was about 15 years old. Ever since then I refuse to see anyone else. I use to see Dr. Berkeley and he was always very kind and smiling and would answer all of my questions even though I was a kid he treated me like an adult. Now I see Dr. Groff and she is also amazing. Always explains everything and is very professional. Her visits are quick but she makes sure that you understand everything and I've never felt rushed or unsure of anything that we spoke about that day. Even for my first contacts they helped me so much with the fitting and made it super quick and simple. The staff is also very sweet and kind. Everyone is just wonderful.
