They couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. Mistakes happen and that's what I'll chalk it up to based on how they recovered on this visit. "There was one visit for an annual checkup and another visit a week later as a prep for my scheduled cataract procedure. Both visits were excellent. From Dr. Yankelove, to the technicians and assistants, to the receptions -- all were friendly, fast and thorough, and all without making me feel like they were rushed or that i was being rushed. The best service that anyone could ask for!."
