El centro Oftalmológico Berkeley brinda financiamiento interno para ciertos pacientes  a 12 meses sin intereses. Este financiamiento  requiere que hagamos una evaluación de su reporte de crédito, el cual tiene un cargo mínimo de USD 25.00.  Basado en el resultado de su reporte, se requiere un pago mínimo inicial de hasta la mitad del costo total  de la cirugía. El balance puede ser  pagado en 12 pagos mensuales. Se requiere también  una tarjeta de crédito vigente en nuestros archivos para completar esta transacción. Esta tarjeta será usada solamente  en caso de retraso de su pago por  más de 10 días. Antes de la cirugía se necesita la aprobación de  su crédito. Las aplicaciones pueden ser enviadas a nuestras oficinas por fax al 713-620-7685.  Tardamos  generalmente 2 a 3 días laborables en procesar la aplicación.
