Farahani, O.D., graduated with his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry and completed a residency and internship rotation at Houston Eye Clinic, now Berkeley Eye Center. Dr. Farahani has cared for Berkeley Eye Center’s patients since 1995, and currently sees patients at its Champions location. He also serves as Associate Clinical Faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science. In addition, he is Director of Optometric Services at Acres Home Health Center. Dr. Farahani is a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, Harris County Optometric Association, among others.
