- LASIK Laser Vision Correction
At Berkeley Eye Center, Corpus Christi, we offer a
100% blade-free all laser Corpus Christi LASIK procedure to treat
nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. Our surgeons
use a computer-guided laser, rather than using a surgical blade, to
safely create the corneal flap with a precisely predetermined pattern
We also provide a CustomVue LASIK procedure- just like your
fingerprint and DNA, the information fed into the laser is unique to
your eyes only.
- Implantable Contact Lenses
Another surgical possibility for patients pursuing surgical correction
for nearsightedness is an ICL procedure- Implantable Contact Lens.
This is a procedure in which an artificial lens (similar to a contact
lens) is implanted behind the iris.

"Nothing would have made the experience better. I recently moved to the area and have had an issue finding good drs. I have visited quite a few eye drs and have been very frustrated with the level of service and care that I received. When I started having issues with my eyes i frantically called around looking for an ophthalmologist and no offices in the area could take me in that day. But the second I called Berkeley they were able to squeeze me in. From the second I walked into the Corpus Christi office it was a completely different experience compared to the other offices that i had been to in the area. I actually felt a bit rude because I was so impressed with the service that i felt the need to text my wife to tell her that I found our new eye doctor while the assistant was asking me questions. If I could have put down a rating higher than "excellent" on the questionnaire I would have. Thank you so much"
