Paid Time Off
As part of our commitment to allow our employees to enjoy a life outside the workplace, Berkeley Eye Center offers employees the opportunity to earn 18 days of Paid Time Off annually. In addition each full-time Berkeley Eye Center staff member is eligible for eight paid holidays a year.

As Berkeley Eye Center continues to grow, new and exciting career opportunities seem to develop on a regular basis. We are strengthened when current Berkeley Eye Center staff is promoted into those roles. About 70% of the Berkeley Eye Center management team moved into their current role from another position. Berkeley Eye Center also supports job-related continuing education, including JCAHPO & ABOC certification.
Most insurance plans go into effect on the 1st day of the month after 60 days of employment & you start earning Paid Time Off during your very first pay period. You can be considered for new opportunities within the practice in as little as 6 months.
