Paid Time Off
As part of our commitment to allow our employees to enjoy a life outside the workplace, Berkeley Eye Center offers employees the opportunity to earn 18 days of Paid Time Off annually. In addition each full-time Berkeley Eye Center staff member is eligible for eight paid holidays a year

Berkeley Eye Center also supports job-related continuing education, including JCAHPO & ABOC certification.
